Default What do these attachments fit?

Got these for the side plate. If I can't figure out what it fits I'll cut it down to fit my Minnesota.

Here is what I know:

1: Edge Stitcher
2: Under Braider
3: Ruffler, one position
4: Ruffler, four position
5: Tucker
6: Adjustable Hemmer (missing it's screw and pointer, I got 2 like that now.)
7: 7 got lost somewhere
8: Front Slide Plate
9: Unidentified widget marked "SNAPIT"

The Edge Stitcher and Under Braider fit the slide plate so I'm sure they go together. The other parts probably came from the same machine. The patent dates on the slide plate are: OCT. 10-1911 & June 14-1910. The patent date on the Tucker is Nov. 25-1913.

I'm guessing that maybe this slide plate and the goodies would fit on a Singer 27 or 28?

Can anybody confirm or deny that?

Thanks,

Joe

Short shanks...so any machine that takes a short shank. The #3 is adjustable via the thumb screw.... Can't tell you what the plate fits other than if it was a Singer, it should have "Simanco" on it somewhere.

Yep, I realized that would be the short answer after I posted the question. I should have worded it differently. I've got a bunch of rufflers, a few tuckers and some other things. What I'd like to have an under braider for a round bobbin Singer.

No makers name on the slide plate. Only the number 555C4 stamped on the back.

I suspect the slide plate number should read 55504. If so, it's the front plate for models 127 and 128. The dimensions are right also.

I had to buy that part for my 127.

I was looking on eBay yesterday and saw some that looked the same and had numbers like mine only they were 55504 like you said. I suppose the C on mine could be a broken stamp and probably is, but it sure looks like a C.
I'll mark it as a front plate for the 127 / 128.

Charlee,

That one fits the shuttle machines. When I watched Muv's video the round bobbin under braider used a thumb screw to hold it. This one has clips that match the front slide plate in the picture.
