brandeesmom,

Thank you. I did not have my machine set properly at all. This will help a lot. You said "Part 1", is there more to come?

The instructions say to use the monogramming foot, could you post a a pic of the page that shows the feet? I don't know if I have one or not.

Joe

No there is no other part as I thought I would have to do another post to add in the second page, it should be all there for you.

It's a wide towed foot, with a bit of a raised area so it can pass over the satin stitching easeir.

Now I'd better go put it back as I only have one of these!

Cathy,

Thanks a bunch. I don't have one of those, but I'll bet my LSMG might.

Happy to hear that Joe! Macybaby.....is that foot also called a Button Foot? I use it for free motion quilting.

In my manual, it says to use the regular foot for sewing on buttons, so there is no "Button Foot". Though it does look a lot like the button foot I've seen with some of the later Singers, however those don't look like you could use them for any type of regular sewing.

The shank is offset from the center of the foot, so it's different from the button sewing feet I've seen. I'm sure I have one- will have to check it out. Brandeesmom- Thank you for posting the directions. I'm not sure if I have them.
