Default Need help with fixing featherweight

I got a featherweight at a thrift store for $30 It has a couple of spots near the needle plate where the clear coat is missing. The biggest area is the size of a nickle. The rest of the clear coat is fine. How do I fix her? Is there anyway to just recoat those areas or what? Other than that she seems fine. Thanks for any help

Okay it won't let me edit after stupid spell check. So I will correct and say, What a BARGAIN! No idea on what to use to replace clear coat.
