i lucked up on good buy last year at an antique store after years of looking to buy a treadle sewing machine. found cabinet and machine in very good condition..with the original book and all of the accessories, four bobbins and shuttle in excellent shape..all i needed to do was clean it up and replace the belt...and of course oil. it is a "free" that was made in rochester illinois...anyone out there know anything about the "free"?
