Very nice machine - hope things work out well to find it a new home. I have so many "Grandma's machines" in my stable, and I know many people who were very happy that it went to someone that will get it up and running. My grandma's machine was long gone before I got interested, so I'll be content helping to save other well loved machines.
I also would hate to see this one parted from the cabinet. I do buy a lot of machine heads, but I always hope they got separated because the treadles were already ruined. I know that is probably not the case, but at least I'm saving the head from being turned into some Steam Punk who knows what!

If this falls through please let me know. I have a son the lives in Bellingham and he would pick it up for me. Hubby and I have restored several. This one is the latest, took a while to find the birdseye wood, but we did.[ATTACH=CONFIG]462259[/ATTACH]

I've also got a cabinet like that, but mine has a different drawer than the above one. This one came with a 1914 machine.
I wanted one like this because it is the one that is on the collector tins I have.
This is the drawer open. In case the person getting this wants a picture of it. This one slides inside (both sides) of the dust cover. I've seen some that slide inside on one side, and outside on the other. And then there is the tip out style.

Thank you to all who responded to my concerns. I greatly appreciate you input. Interestingly when I went through the drawers on Mom's machine I found the firing mechanism for a rifle. Wonder where the gun went???

Oh my gosh!!! This is EXACTLY like the treadle I got from my grandmother (I have the center drawer) but mine is much more 'used' than is, almost all of the scroll work is worn off the working areas! someone lucky will love it!
