Default My new gold Commodore

There were about 5 sewing machines at the Thrift store but this one really caught our eye. Decided to buy it and it runs really well. The cord is not good so I haven't sewed anything yet but DH has knee surgery next week and it's on his list to repair as soon as he can. I have absolutely no knowledge about this machine but I did see where I can get a manual online. She just looks perfect, no scratches at all. Even her case is in great shape.

Wanabee Quiltin,

That is a really nice machine. Love the gold metallic color. The easiest way to fix that wiring is to buy a new cord block at Sew-Classic. It's an easy replacement, takes about 15 minutes to do it.

Post a pic in the family album - it is a 15 clone. Lots of good info - Here is the link:

The other sewing machines were the standard plastic Singers you see everywhere, but they were $18-40.

That is just beautiful....looks brand new! I love my clones plus they are like 'eye candy', coming in so many pretty colors.
