My new treadle

Well!!!!!!!! I got alot of it done and cleaned! woo woo! now the toughest part !!! taking the wheel off and the nose of it ( where the needle is. ) cleaned off alot of grime, need to WD-40 it to take the rest of the screws out... then she will get a wax job! but she is full functional! Gotta see if i have a bobbin for the shuttle now... I used a wire wheel tonight on 1/3's of the rust coated metal and it looks, omg sooooooo back to normal now. I have a brass wire wheel, easier on the fingers! I have a great dremel that I bought last year for my trains and dollhouse, I can use that on the hard areas............ another late night with Penny!

Mine is pretty much mint. Just a few scratches where they put a sock around the neck to hold pins. Yes, Billy does cleaning. I didn't think I could put all the parts back where they belong so I felt it was better to send it to him. Bonnie should arrive on Monday. She was "born" in Scotland so I figured Bonnie was a fitting name.
