Appears to be a 15-91.

At $20, I would have been there already to pick it up.

I thought it said $20 when I first looked at it and now it says $30! weird. Still looks pretty

I'd guess a 15-91 as well. $20; $30; not a bad deal if all the parts are there and it works. Just check the wiring.
