Default Pinky into Singer Desk?

I just bought a very nice Singer sewing desk and would like to transfer Pinky (Morse Super Dial) into the desk. Any suggestions on transferring the electrical little box thingie? I search the internet but couldn't find anything on transferring a "portable" to a cabinet. Pinky's pins line up perfectly.

Thanks for any help.

Debbie

You can just screw the box inside the desk.

do the pins match the morse's? The ones you set the machine onto.
My singer cabinets are 10" on center, it would be nice to know if any of the other machine cabinets correspond?

I'm thinking most Japanese machines will fit a Singer cabinet. Kenmore machines only fit Kenmore cabinets whether they are from Japan or not.

I put my Kenmore into a Singer cabinet, but I will concede that it took some reasonably heavy modification

Yep, the pins match up perfectly. It was just the electrical box I was concerned about. I'll have to screw it into the inside of the desk as suggested. It such a nice big desk and Pinky is so heavy. She needs a permanent home.

Thanks!

Pinky is all set up in her new home and ready to sew. It will be so nice to not have to lift her onto a table. She is super heavy! I use her more than any other machine I have. She does perfect seams and also is great to use for FMQ. Now to make a pretty cover for her!

Hugs!
