No, I think she is just sleeping:D Heck, after 15 min. with Kroil, I have the head off and all the wood removed. I have the wheels soaking and some of the double nuts have loosened enough for removal. Kroil is really a great penetrant. Time will tell, but the frame is looking real good for restoration.:thumbup:

Some people should be reported to the Sewing Machine Abuse Council. I'll bet it was a beautiful machine at one time.

The iron legs can be salvaged and would make an excellent table stand. The machine of course is shot, or so it seems. Maybe someone will purchase the head to make some sort of lawn ornament.

Yes, if you're up for a challenge turn of the century machines can surprise you. I've seen ones that look worse still sew!
