Adler Belvedere model N-330

Picked this up at a sale. Was this considered a quality machine? Not familiar with this brand. It is dated mid 1960s.https://www.instagram.com/p/CI38oIjH...=1uuz4dmkxz7ir

Adler is a strong German machine. The word adler translates to eagle. I know some of the bobbins are hard to find. I don't know about your model. Welcome aboard.

This is my 87 or 187. Not sure. Haven't played with it.

Nice!! I Just love the look of these machines. I tried to upload a photo but it fails. This N-330 is very heavy, I'd guess 50lbs..

Welcome. That is a Japanese badged machine with fancy stitches. The controls look similar to the Dressmaker, but the body is shaped differently as seen at post #3 at https://www.quiltingboard.com/vintag...s-t207880.html

It should be a good machine. The bobbin should be a class 15 and it looks to be a high shank machine.

Did you get a manual with it? Do you have some attachments for it?

There is probably a JA and/or JC with a number after. I'm guessing a JA3 or JA20 and maybe a JC5 or JC6 or something else.

Some of these machines have set for a while and will need to be cleaned and lubricated.

Have fun getting to know your machine.
