I went thru and reread your post. I see it's a Singer stand. I just bought a treadle machine for parts and selling you a leg would remove any temptation I might have about trying to save the stand. $10 plus shipping and it's yours. Shipping is likely to be more than the stand. Measure it so I can see if it's the right one and let me know if you want it.
