The cabinet goes all the way to the floor with doors in front for your knees when you are sewing. Wondering if there is any value in this or if i should just toss it to get rid of it. Please pass the smelling salts! Please don't throw it out!! |
I've paid upwards of $350 to get a very nice condition full parlor cabinet with a pristine machine. I've seen them sell for a lot less if they are in poor condition with a beat up old 15 inside.
If you have a cabinet with the embossed trim, that is way harder to find than one of the plain styles. Most certainly don't toss it out! |
Have you tried putting it on CL in the Twin Cities? I know I was willing to drive several hours to pick up mine. I got one in Apple Valley and the other in St. Louis MO.
There is also the River Rat TOGA group with a lot of MN members, and I've read they have a for sale board. VSS also has a for sale section. |
