Edmonton FW
Any one in Edmonton AB Canada wanting (notice I didn't day needing) a 222FW, there is one on Kijiji for $250. My SIL wouldn't take me to see it as they have no more room for my sewing machines ... and I didn't want to take the chance it wouldn't fit under the airplane seat.
My Dh reminded me that nine machines ought to be enough for anyone and that I still have a 222 to sell and another Singer that is not currently working ... (sigh) ... I still wish I had it ... |
Screaming deal for someone.

I don't like your family lol. Poor baby living with such meanness and negativity. Sigh I have well meaning friends who constantly tell me such things

Well shoot! Wished I lived muchhhhh closer but am still negotiating/reminding my soon to be brother-in-law about the cutie patootie FW he has. Just talked to him yesterday about it. Think I'll call him tomorrow.

I have a 1954 White Featherweight, and I like the way it sews when piecing quilts. I've had reason to be cruising through e-bay in the past few days, and I have to tell you, I think the FW's are priced way beyond what they're worth. $750.00 is way too much, and I saw a couple that were $1,100.00. Not to mention the 222 which was priced at $1,200.00 +. That is way beyond my pocketbook! Besides, I don't need more than one! Despite my addiction to sewing machines, I still have a tendency to be "cheap"! LOL

If I lived closer I would be on that!

I've been eyeing it all week! It's an 8 hour drive (each way) for me, but I might go for it anyway if it's still available this weekend. It looks to be in good shape.

I think it is sold - couldn't find it
|
Oh, I am over 2 thousand miles away so can not go for it. BUT, I STILL WANT IT. No I don't need it .

I think this one might be a scam! I emailed several times and phoned twice with no reply. I really wanted that machine!
