so this is a PRC (Chinese) clone?

Yes, that's the only style currently being made that I'm aware of. There might be 2 or 3 different manufacturers but the body is cast as one piece on all.

It would also be very nice if we didn't have to cut or replace a hand wheel for a spoked wheel - I know, I'm a dreamer...
