Bemoreonline- are you aware it's a 3/4 size machine? you'll be able to peice, but if you are doing quilting, it has a very small throat.
Not trying to talk you out of it or anything, but I've got several full size treadle machines, and I know a guy that is going to be making a trip (I believe in June) and may be willing to pony this to me and a larger one to you. Ok- I need to stop lusting after someone else's machine LOL! |

She is a very pretty machine with all of the brightly colored decals. Enjoy her and tell us all about the fun you will have sewing on her.

You are very lucky to get that machine at that price. I"ve been watching for many years, and if the heads in that condition come on eBay - the sell in the $400 range. So with the treadle, it's worth even more than that to someone looking for one.
I'll stay happy with my Singer version - not near as pretty, but since I do collect Singers, it fits better with my collection. These ones also sell in the $200-$300 range. http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...psk6fdwr6o.jpg |
Hello
I have recently acquired a Hexagon Sewing machine. It is in need of some TLC. Could anyone please tell me how I could get to know the model and date from the serial number and also does anyone know where I can obtain parts and accessories. Thank you Maureenxxx |
