Hit the jack pot with a goodie box

Recently we won a couple GW auctions. One that had at least one complete set of Singer flat cams in it and lots of other goodies and the other a bunch of heavy cotton material.

Here's a pic of the goodie box haul:

Here is a list of things that were in there.

>Full Set of flat cams in the plastic box common to the 319
>Complete set of feet, attachments, needle plates, face plate, along with a motor, light, wiring block, and controller also for a 319.
>328 owners manual with a complete set of attachments and cams.
>One Brother motor, the blue one - it works
>One Singer button holler with owners manual. Dated 1948.
>4 Pack of Singer button holler templates.
>One Famous brand button holler with owners manual, feed dog cover, screw, and inspection card, in it's original box. Box is marked White Vibrator Model C. ( Don't have a machine for it, nor am I gonna look for one, but it's a neat button holler. )
>Box of Singer attachments with a black adjustable hemmer and cutting gauge and a darning plate for the 66 / 99 machines.
>One set of brushes in a Singer marked paper envelope, part # 195548.
>One partial set of Japanese machine accessories, possibly for a left homing machine.
>One lone Greist narrow hemmer for a ZZ machine.
~and
>A Singer Even Feed walking foot for low shank machines. (already tried and it works :D )

Here's a pic of the fabric haul:

My wife figures there's at least 20 yards of 70s ish vintage heavy cotton fabric in that box. Lots of nice pretty material for quilts and other projects for far less than fabric story prices.

So, and I'm giving away my secret here, but if you watch GW don't ignore the big boxes of goodies. We hit the jackpot on these boxes. :D :D :D :D :D

You scored! Grats. I tend to scroll past those grab bag listings. Not anymore! :)

I love those GW goodie boxes. I've learned the hard way to only go after those close to home(so I can go pick it up) though, the shipping can be brutal. The lesson hit home again last week, evidently I didn't learn the lesson well enough the first, second or third time. I won an auction for a small accessory box. Box-$5, shipping, $14.

That looks like quite a nice green 319 motor with singerlight too Joe. Nice one!

Add to the above list; 6 Singer size long bobbins in really nice condition. I got three machines that use those :) .

I scrutinize the photos very closely on those kinds of auctions. Some I go for, some I don't. :D
