There are two hemmers: The narrow one (the roll hemmer) and the bigger one with the ruler. Haven't used the latter but roll hemming must be done slowly and carefully. I no can do U-tube, crotchety machine takes way to long to download videos, sometimes hours - not kidding. I'll get it somehow. Joe |

No I haven't. I just read most of the pages from the magazine linked to in the first page and it looks do able. I'll have to try it. Preferably when my brain wants to work. Kind of sluggish this morning. Joe |

I viewed a video using a thread attached to lead the material through the hammer by gently pulling the material by the thread as one starts to sew. Getting the knack of feeding material only comes with practice. The resulting hems are worth the effort.
