Not exactly rare, but you don't see them every day either. A few months ago I went to look at a trapezoid cabinet for one of my 301s. Well, it's a trappy all right, but it's not a Singer cabinet. At first I was a little disappointed but it's a cool cabinet so I bought it any way.

No. The front drawer is there. My 301 is a long bed so I'm not sure it will fit. I just sat the Rocketeer in it because it needed a place, but it doesn't sit down flat with the top. I'm thinking this is a good excuse to look for a short bed 301 :p
