I don't know what it is but this one on my local CL looks to be the same so I will be interested to see what others think.

If you have not bought it run as fast as you can and get it. You will love it. I love mine. it will sew everything. I even make banners to put across the street for a festival every year. I have other machines. This one has never failed me.

I am so glad you posted this picture and others replied. I thought it was just another Plastic Singer. They are for sale all the time at thrift stores really cheap in our area, and I think I have one myself.
