Click on her name, and that will bring up a screen with info about her. Then click on "send pm". This will send a message to her email address. It does not give her your email address, which is why you need to put it in the message. Then her response will come to your email address. The reason for doing this, rather than her just sending you a pm with the information, is that you cannot attach anything to a pm.
