I used a Martha Stewart, metallic paint sold at Home Depot here in the U.S. It's water clean up. I'd prefer to keep these tables in their natural, wood state if possible, but some of them are just too far gone or too ugly.

You certainly did a wonderful job. I know about that white dripping paint, and what a mess it is to get off! I salute your patience and perserverence!!

What a difference. Looks great. Like the tones in the metallic paint. In some of the pictures it almost looks like a greenish highlight.
