Congratulations on your FW! That's terriffic! My son bought mine at the local Goodwill Store, complete with bobbin case and foot pedal. No attachments and no case, but she sure sews beautifully. She was manufactured in 1954, and is in pristine condition! He paid $50.00 which I think is a good price.
You got a great deal! And your FW is beautiful! Jeanette |
Wonderful find and welcome to the club! There are several websites that sell 221 parts. I have used www.221parts.com and had good luck. Just type in 221 parts and see what you can find. I have also seen people sell parts on ebay.
There is also a featherweight yahoo group, moderated by a gentleman from England that sells featherweights. It is very interesting. |
Will you please come down off the ceiling !!! A great find and I KNOW you'll love it.

Great find....

Doesn't matter the cost to get her running again ---- things like this just don't happen every day. Congrats.

Make sure that you buy original parts like the bobbin case and bobbins. Universal foot controller is ok to use.

That is an awesome find
