Finally got the linkage free, and when it is disconnected from the needle bar everything else moves. It moved so smoothly that I linked it back up to see if it was a breakthrough, but of course not.

The ceramic lube has been applied but no change. Have propped the 201 upside down to try to get the lubrication in from the other side.

I can only repeat the obvious; but give all oil pints a few drops now and then, deliberate over oiling. The ceramic lube is very penetrating, but let it work at it for a day or two since it's an unusally stubborn case :- )

Still stuck. Thinking of getting some freeze off. Tried canned air, as someone suggested that, but still oiling and trying twice a day, just a part of the daily routine...
