Neat looking machine!

That is a neat machine! I don't have the money but $300 doesn't seem unreasonable for it. Industrial machines are almost always more money and patchers aren't all that common. They will do the jobs that other machines just can't reach. I don't see the hand crank as a big disadvantage either. Given the type of work they're made for slow and steady is what you need. Needles and bobbins are most likely a serious concern getting it running though.

It is not unreasonable... However they just replied to my email and asked if I would buy it for $150. He has had it stored in his closet for 20 years.... and he want it to go to a new owner. that will restore it.
I still have one machine in another part of the country to pay for the shipping on, but this is getting very tempting.... |
now I just need a QB member in MN......

GreyQ is in the mid south part of the state, I get up to the Twin Cities area about once a month (next trip planned for around Feb 8th) Most of my relatives still live in MN, I lived there for 40 years, then moved to WI for 5, and have been in SD for about 11.

Cool, I just emailed the owner to see if we can work out the timing and location in the next month or so.
