http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-New-...item2c6f615ed3 At first I thought it was a Wilcox & Gibbs, and it's nice to see one with the wing nut in place. But the labels say "New Home". So what am I missing?? |

Well, DUH it is a sowing machine trapped in the table...
I'm glad that house pic made you all laugh. :-) It's the William Livingstone House, a famous Detroit ruin. http://detroit1701.psc.isr.umich.edu...20Mansion.html The front fell off of it and what was left has been demolished. The problem was they moved it from it's original lot and stone foundation to a different lot with an inadequate concrete block foundatoin, so it slumped and crumbled. |

"In good shape for the age" ... Pssst, it isn't 300 years old.
It looks to me like Noah found his sewing machine after the flood. http://chicago.craigslist.org/nwi/atq/3838146324.html ~G~ |

I think he will be sorely disappointed when he finds out that machine & table don't have trade value of an iPod, iPad or an iPhone!

Sounds like she got scammed before when trying to sell it. I think it was probably a mutual scamming as the bad checks were written for $2976. Somebody needs to look out for this poor soul!!
