Maybe because they spray painted the handwheel silver, and then they huffed the fumes, ... they thought that it was mint. The cabinet is a wreck if you look close, and the decals are silvering. Don't get me started on the exact date it was made either. I know that it has to be the patent date. And where did they come up with $2000??? Another one for the Dumas File!
