Elsie, both your machines are gorgeous. The Ruby is perfectly named and the Lotus is very pretty.
FarmStitcher, the Ruby that goosepoint bought and I may buy tomorrow are not badged machines. They are New Home (Janome's predecessor). Ruby is the model name. You don't have to guess on that one - she wears it proudly. Without Billy, I'd never know what my 128's name. She was just a little black Singer machine with a serial number. I am getting excited about my grandson's wedding, but also about seeing my possible machine. I have enlisted a SIL to go with me to help load her. |
