My FIL used to say the same only changed a few choice words. Also remember these machines don't have to be fed just a little oil now and then.

Amen sister. And if you need to clean them up, they don't whine or squirm or say they'll take a bath/shower later. They also don't want expensive bath soaps, etc., for their hygeine needs.

Might try a hair dryer or heat gun. Just don't get to warm, the heat will loosen the glue, used to work that way on bumper stickers. Then you can use Goop or something to get the rest of the glue residue off. HTH's
