I've seen pictures from the outside of another store. The person who took them thinks they might be a chain. Nice to see the machines being displayed like that instead of turned into some sort of repurposed thing.

Allsaints. It is a chain of upscale clothing stores. The beautiful vintage machines with authentic handcranks languishing in the windows was bad enough, but using welded up old industrial machines and modified treadles as racks almost made me cry. Or try to run out with an antique crank to put on my 66.
The one in Seattle has easily over 200 machines. My mother and I got a few funny looks being in that store and just looking at the machines. |
