Default Question about Bentwood Cases?

Will any Bentwood Lid fit any Bentwood base? For example would a 3/4 size lid go with any 3/4 size base?

https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/EowAA...Eh/s-l1600.jpg Would this lid and base go together?

I thought all lids would be interchangeable, but no, due to the type of catch on the lid, right side, and the type of receptacle on the base.

My 1929 (99) base has a double slot, the widest portion being 3/4" wide. The catch is wide, with feet that extend to the front and the back. This lid goes on into the biggest slot, then slides a hair to the right, into the narrow portion of the slot, to secure the lid to the base.

The 1927 (99) case has a narrower slot, with an "L" catch that uses a tilting action to secure the lid to the base. The base slot is a single slot opening, less than 3/4" wide. My 1923 (128) also has this type of catch.

Looking at your links, I believe you have a match, though you may want to ask for additional photos with a ruler alongside the critical parts.
