Yes it is a Bento Box, except you cut it differently. I saw it on a blog and now can't find who to credit it to, sorry. Normally it is cut into equal quarters, but this is cut 1.5 inches from the edge of the center square (which is 5 inches) thus you get a 1.5 inch and a 3.5 inch square and two rectangles in the center.

The quilt in my avatar is a Bento Box quilt. It belongs to my friend's daughter, Katie is 9 months old. Sharon in Texas

Both are really beautiful. I would like to make a quilt on my treadle. The stitching on these older machines are beautiful!
