Default Rare find

Good morning all,

It's rarely that I find something that I already had. While cleaning the woodworking shop and getting ready to do a commissioned bookcase, I uncovered a Dressmaker in a cabinet that I forgot I had. It was covered by a few blankets. So does that mean that I have to many machines or that I may have the beginning stages of alt..., uh, I can't remember what they call it but, I think you get the gist of this post! . Enjoy the pic.

She is very pretty and shinny. I forgot that they did put the winding bobbin on the base of the machine. Enjoy.

Well, you had it covered so much you couldn't hear it crying? A very pretty machine.

You're not alone. I had forgotten a 3/4 size Brunswick branded National my wife and I had from when we were selling antiques about 6 years ago. I still haven't finished rewiring that one.
Pretty Dressmaker.

I have plenty I have forgotten about. I noticed a Singer 401 in my shop the other day - I have no idea when or where it came from. I can't remember if I've worked on it... more dementia???
