Singer 37-?
Hello all,
I have a friend who is sending a Singer model 37-? to me for inspection/oiling. This machine was mfg. 1-8-1910. Does anyone have knowledge of this model and a parts source if needed. Thanks in advance for any information.

"Central bobbin. One vertical shuttle, but fitted with two or more needles. The needle threads are interlocked by the shuttle thread forming two or more straight lines of stitching on the upper side, and an overseam (stay stitch) on the under side. 7 1/2" space at right of needle."
The number after the dash is VERY important in industrial machines. They can indicate completely different machines from another model in the same series.
According this listing of machines used by industry, these were used in a number of different capacities.

Correct s/n does make a difference!!
Hello all,
Well today my friend sent his 1910 Singer 37-? to me and LAB it's a 66 "redeye" manufactured Oct. 1911. So it will be a snap to get the missing pieces. I have several 66's in my stable and will supply him with any parts culled from the herd. Thanks again Steve for your help.
