I can only give you a qualified yes as an answer to your question.
All machines have some value, but there are many variables. Condition, type, does it have it's accessories, attachments, owners manual and are they in good condition.
Geographical location affects the value as does finding the right buyer. One person will turn their nose up at it, the other will rip his pants pocked open going for wallet.

No, I'm afraid I don't. More than likely it's a Japanese machine and those were made in the millions from after WWII to, well, now. The styles didn't change much till the late 50s and 60s.
A better way for us to get in the ball park is to post a couple good photos of it.
