This is a shoe of boot patcher. It looks like it may be a previous model to a Singer 29 29s did not have such an open back and the walking beam was more pronounced. Welcome aboard.

Thank you Leonf. I have also a new restored 29 K3.Waiting for leader belt from China
Nice machine and sews great. The older machine with open back are for sale in Norway. My be I buy it

I buy it. Singer 29 from 1894. I have restored it and looks and sew great . The table come next.
