Small machine or giant buttonholer?

This is from Craigslist. Is it an optical illusion, or a window-display sized buttonholer case, or a very small machine? (Typical CL picture of the back, argh)

Steve, I googled the machines and they are not close at all, according to this page:

But Joe, I'm still impressed that you got the manufacturer right -- I didn't have a clue. I'm learning...slowly.

Thanks for correcting my error. I knew better but am so full of pain drugs that my brain isn't working right. That's why I'm not posting much right now.

I have two Singer 9W-7s. The Singer made version of the W&W D9. That's why I recognized it. Just typo'd the response.
