Found this at the local thrift store for $12 also got a full size ironing board for only $5 Great deal I think!! The case has a crack and one of the latches doesn't latch but it runs like brand new!!! Only has zig zag or straight but I'm fine with that

I'm gonna put a walking foot on it and try to finish the border on my sons quilt tonight. Does anybody know where I can find a manual for this machine its a Stylist Zig Zag Model 457. Made in Great Britain I didn't know Singer had machines from overseas

Check the Singer website. There are manuals you can download for free. Happy hunting. You will need the serial # from your machine when you check at Singer.

Looks very clean - glad it runs good. I never find any bargains in the thrift stores!
