Default what is this Vintage Gadget?
my friend bought a box of vintage sewing items and this was included. we have no idea what it is. it has gauge marks on it . on one side it has a PM on it and the other side has RM on it. any ideas?[ATTACH=CONFIG]496299[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]496300[/ATTACH]

I hate to say it, but it looks like a screwdriver to me. Not sure what the initials mean...

It is new to me but if you have a treadle machine could it be used to put the belt on the big wheel so you don't mash you finger?
