Default When was this vintage sewing machine made??

Does anyone know who made this "Countess" Sewing machine and what year(s) It was produced? Is it a good machine to sew with? Thank you

I'm fairly certain it was made by Riccar, probably in Japan. According to https://cherylsteapots2quilting.blog...-cleaning.html her Dressmaker Model RS-98 was from about 1989. I would have dated it a little earlier, but don't have much to back it up, other than I have a flat bed Alco that I bought new in 1972 that has very similar utility stitches.
