What a nice little find! She looks like my newly acquired Pfaff 30. The lines are much the same with some differences in the thread guides. Such a sweet cabinet too! Is the knob on the bed just below the stitch regulator to drop the feed? You will have to speak Spanish when you sew on her so she understands you! LOL!

It looks like the manual for the 15-30 might be the closest thing for threading, troubleshooting, oiling, winding the bobbins, etc.
It appears to have a solid-sided class 15 bobbin - Jenny at shop.sew-classic.com has these and I've taken to using them on all my class 15 bobbin machines. The heavier weight and the Magic Genie Bobbbin Washers have eliminated the tiny thread nests on the backs of my quilts and the sides of these bobbins are a lot straighter and sturdier than the kinds with the holes in them.
Have fun - she is a beauty!!
