LOL! When I read your post, I thought, "surely not!" So I did the math and we are actually at 1,216 pieces so far!! (192 4-patches = 768 pieces, 128 flying geese = 384 pieces and 64 rectangles.)

Breaking it down with a week between steps makes it seem less overwhelming. I was busy over the weekend and didn't get to sew, but now I just have a few geese to go this evening, then I will be ready for Friday!

Maybe it's a good thing we didn't have those numbers before committing to this project. LOL

Everyone's pieces are looking great!! I am a bit behind, but am "in". I love the colors Bonnie is using, so mine are about the same.
    What fun!!

Ok ladies, I have finished trimming my FG for step 2 and am waiting for the next!
1216 pieces?!?! That's alot! Maybe we could keep up with the total and put it on our quilt labels when they are done. It would be nice to remember how many were actually in a piece
Anywho, here is my pic of steps 1 and 2.

Ok This is day two and I am still working on Step 1. LOL. Oh well. I will persevere. I am playing catch up. Hoping to have the flying geese done by Friday. But that may not happen. Have to finish the step one first.

Brookemarie....great way to show off the flying geese. Very pretty.
