Block # 19
Note: Cutting T # 13 & 20 a little bit larger will guarantee having nice points after the rows are joined.
1. Light T # 13 Cut two 1-7/8" squares then in half. I personally would make this 2" square then in half
2. Light T # 20 Cut four 2-5/16" squares then in half. I personally would make this 2-1/2 square then in half.
3. Light T # 21 Cut a strip 1-15/16" x 8 1/2" then every 1-15/16" to get 4 squares
4.T # 21 Center square- Cut one 1-15/16" square.
steps 5 thru 8 Cut two each of different colors all T # 21's 1-15/16" squares.
Follow the block assembly in the book for the best and easiest way to finish this block.

Block # 20
1. Light T # 3 Cut two 2-7/8" squares mark a line diagonally from corner to corner
2. Dark T # 3 Cut two 2-7/8" squares
3. Light T # 1 Cut one 2-1/2" square
4. Light T # 25 Cut a piece 2-1/2" x 6-1/4" then every 1-1/2" to get four 1-1/2 x 2-1/2" pieces.
5. Med T # 25 Cut the same as step 4.
Take 1 light and 1 dark # 3 right sides facing- sew a seam 1/4" on both sides then cut on line to get your HST's.
do the same with the remaining 2 # 3 squares.
