purtercat - 39" for E will be fine. Remember, I gave you a couple inches of wiggle room. Post again when you get your 5th fabric, who knows if the Fabric Fairy will whisper in my ear suggesting for you to switch up something.
okay, okay, now you know, i don't come up with these fabric ideas on my own, a little voice whispers in my ears, or sometimes screams awful things at me. But it all turns out good in the end so I do listen and pass along what I'm told
Nana2 - you've nailed it!!! lookin' good. What order are your fabrics in?

Judy............you are so right, "WHAT WAS I THINKING" using all reds & no floral fabric's"? Thanks for reminding me as I certainly do have quite a large selection of floral prints. Although so many of my floral prints are quite large. So I am putting together a fall selection & will post a picture tomorrow. I have one question, can I use a directional pint for B?

Siodoch, RE: "For the adventurous, I've brought some haggis, neeps and totties with whisky sauce for the buffet car - goes great with oatcakes.....Cheers, Kate" I'll give them a try Kate, but I have no idea what I would be eating. Do I want to know? LOL Big day for your country tomorrow. No politics here, just news. (If I have it right.) Cindy.
As for neeps and totties, that's mashed turnip and mashed pototoes. Haggis I'll let you google, cos there probably vegetarians on board too lol. Suffice to say, it's spicy and tasty! The whisky sauce speaks for itself, he he.
Judy, thanks for your assessment of my 2 choices. I suspect the first combo would be a calmer combo, but I really like the umbrella fabric too. I almost made it into a summer dress instead - that's my sense of humour lol. I'm off to remeasure everything, see it that'll decide things for me....
Looking forward to tomorrows clue now :-)
cheers, K

Okay Judy, trying again. I don't have a D fabric yet, but this was all I had in my stash, I switched a couple around depending on their length and came up with this combination...... If this works I will go find a D fabric.....
A= 54" B=38" C=38" no D yet E=39" ( I am hoping E will be enough, I know you said you gave a couple inches, it is only one inch short)

Opinions please
Good morning all.
I can't decide which is better, what I have is my original fabric. . Then some fabrics I ordered came in I'm thinking about swapping the blues out. What do you think?
