First week back is it? :) It's ok, we understand.

Actually we are into our 2nd full week back. We started on the 18th, but we have a lot of new staff this year, including our administrator and 2 teachers (besides 3 new aides) talk about blind leading the blind its nuts.
Hopefully it will start to smoothe out soon or I'm afraid we'll start losing some of our senior people.

You all are doing a great job on your blocks. Its been a bit quiet this week, I assume everyone is busy with the holiday.
We are having a potluck in our culdesac this evening.
I've not worked on my FWS blocks for the last 2 weeks, been busy with work and now trying to get ready to leave for the Quilt Festival on Wednesday. I will be gone all week so keep everything going and I'll try to get back to my blocks when I get home.

Muriel, I hadn't worked on mine in a couple weeks, either so don't feel bad. I finally got some done last night. I am on 7&8. I've got my birds in the air cut out, but I'm going to hand sew it when I can get to it so it may be a while before I finish it.

I'm almost done with the bouquet one. I've also got 9& 10 cut out.

Norbana will be checking in and if you have any questions you can direct them to her. Honchey will post the new threads list for a couple weeks anyway.
I hope to be able to work on this quilt more when I get back.
Everyone keep up the great work while I'm gone and I'm looking forward to seeing lots of beautiful blocks next week.
