Thank you for the comments. I love the bright colors as well. Yellow being my favorite color. I did not think about the surrounding blocks when I chose fabric for the blocks. Color placement might not be the best but I will love it regardless. I think I exchanged a couple blocks for others. I know the Sunbonnet Sue is a replacement. I love Sunbonnet Sue. When I was very small I had a Sunbonnet Sue quilt. Never knew what happened to it. Probably loved it to death!

AlvaStitcher you blocks are beautiful.

I am taking a break for a little while, but will be back. Hopefully next month I will be able to catch up with you all. Life is just a little hectic for me right now.

Anael this is one quilt that will be finished this year and I am hoping that you will hold me to it...

That's ok Mirabelle, we will see you again when you're ready.
Finishing this year will be hard with 2 blocks a week. The quilt has 140 blocks, meaning 70 weeks But if you want to finish this year......you need another schedule

Here are six blocks I recently finished. I'm checking in here often to see all your beautiful blocks. I'm working in a different order because I'm hoping to do a QAYG method. Hope you like my blocks from row A and B.
