Congratulations SewingSew to you and your daughter. I know from experience just how very difficult it is to go back to school after being out for a while and also having a family to take care of as well. I wish her well and much success. Yours should be proud of her accomplishments.

    M. Elizabeth - so sorry to hear that your son suffers from PTSD, but I must say he has already accomplished so much and has been successful. I know you and your family are proud of him and I am so very proud and THANKFUL for his service to our country. He has already given each of us a wonderful Mother's Day Gift twice with his service- another year of Freedom to be able to celebrate with our families. Your son and all who have and continue to serve have given their BEST to each us and have offered their own lives to protect our Freedom. Christ tells us "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." His health problems may prevent him from some future accomplishments, but for his great gift to each of us I am so thankful and proud of him and all of our service personnel, and the only gift of gratitude we can truly give them is the gift of prayer.

We all want our children to succeed. Some take longer to find the path to success. That sense of joy is even greater when one finds his or her way back to the path. Two of ours had little or no difficulty. The third, on the other hand, has struggled and his success is most appreciated by him. Congratulations.

Congrats to you! You raised her to be the person she is. It's the best feeling ever to be proud of your children. I know she will be a blessing to you forever.

Aren't grands the best blessing of all!

Congratulations to both you mothers. Growing can be so hard to day in the wacky world we are facing. Praying for all it gets better. I feel so lucky to have grown up in the 50's when things were a little better.
