Cleaning a Black Stove Top

I truly regret getting the black gas stove top when we redid the kitchen! But my husband does the cleaning and he uses "Weiman" brand of Gas Range cleaner and degreaser. It is a spray container and really does cut through all that stuff that does get down in the area around the burners as well as the other parts of the gas stove top! We get it a our HEB grocery store - do not find it at Kroger. HEB is a chain here in TX and is spreading -- but south into Mexico! I do hope you can find it. If you can't and want me to get some and send it to you, please pm me. BTW- I have covers over my stove top & it helps to keep "stuff" out except for when I'm cooking...

I spray mine with resolve and put in hot water, let them set until water cools. Wipe them off, dry and put back.
