I just bought a couple of books at Barnes & Noble. Now, I need to go to Aaron Brothers or Amazon for Prismacolors.

Some brands of colored pencils are MUCH better than others. (Sorry - don't know the brands off hand, but there is a big difference in brands.)

Also, get an eraser and an eraser guard. An eraser guard is a thin piece of metal with holes in it, so one only erases what one wants and the rest is protected.)

my DD who is very artistic always had to have the artists colored pencils because the colors are more intense and easier to blend don't remember the brand....
