I run dual monitors ....why you ask......lol

I play online video games and it is just to easy to put up info on my game on the other monitor.

My question is......I used to have a program that allowed me to have to different desktop backgrounds. Does anyone know of such a program?

Uhhhh,
Have you forgotten that we are all Quilters? It's hard enough for some of us to thread a machine let alone screw around with the backround on our computer. Isn't that what we have grandkids for? :thumbup:

you should be able to click on the view you wish and "drag" it to the next monitor, also on your control panel display there is an option for view 1 and view 2 - doesn't that let you view two different backgrounds?

I run dual monitors as well at work and at home. Why you ask? Cause I can play WOW and look at QB at the same time. One of my computers allows it and the other 2 do not. Depends on the actual dual board and probably trhe operating system you use. I can do that on Vista but no on Windows 7. Sorry wish I could give you a better answer.

If you're running Windows 7...right click on screen....personalize....or go to control panel....display. You can chose a background or even add one you downloaded off the internet.

I play RIFT :) My card allows for dual monitors. But not for two separate images to be on each monitor. I have seen programs to allow one image like scenery to be spread across both monitors.

I am heartened and validated to learn so many quilters are also Gamers! Every time I finally get convinced that I'm the only one that does a certain odd something, I find out I'm not.
